About the event
What’s Included?
Your £100 booking covers your place (for you and your birth partner) at all 6 sessions, which together provide practical, friendly and down-to-earth preparation for birth, feeding, and life with a newborn.
✅ Birth Preparation (2 sessions) – Understand your options, your body’s natural processes, and explore practical tools (led by Sarah Drawwater using her Birth Prep In A Box toolkit).
✅Hypnobirthing (1 session) – Learn simple techniques you can use to feel calm and confident (led by Sarah).
✅ Breastfeeding Preparation (2 sessions) – Realistic, practical support to help you feel ready to begin your feeding journey (led by Jo Thompson, highly experienced Breastfeeding Counsellor).
✅ Postnatal Planning (1 session) – Preparing for life with your newborn, including community signposting and building your support network (led by Jo).
