Hello, I’m Shannon and I’m an a doula, offering antenatal, birth and some postnatal support. I’m also a home educating mother of 4 beautiful children.
I have a strong sense of wanderlust and I’m happiest in nature, whether that’s a forest or the beach. My favourite weather is rain or storms and if you’re offering, my favourite drink is a hot chocolate of any kind!
While fighting the medical system to achieve the vaginal birth after 3 sections that I so desperately wanted, I realised that birth work was my calling. I wanted to offer support to other women, the support that they weren’t getting from the medical system.
I’m particularly passionate about VBAC’s, after having experienced first hand the obstacles that are put in the way.
