I'm a Mother of 3 (now pretty amazing adult) children. I have been a holistic therapist for over 24 years. Doing mostly mobile massage, pregnancy massage, reflexology and Pamper parties. I ran the Mellow Meadow (the healing area at Rhythmtree Festival on the Isle of Wight) for many years and also work as a contractor doing mini treatments for staff at Liz Earle. I started teaching baby massage and baby yoga over 5 years ago now. Through doing this work I've supported many Parents and listened to so many stories about Pregnancy, birth and beyond and wanted to do my bit to help. So In September last year I started my training to become a doula. Since then I have completely been obsessed with all things around pregnancy, birthing the 4th Trimester!
