I'm a Mother of 3 (now pretty amazing adult) children. I have been a holistic therapist for over 24 years. Doing mostly mobile massage, pregnancy massage, reflexology and Pamper parties. I ran the Mellow Meadow (the healing area at Rhythmtree Festival on the Isle of Wight) for many years and also work as a contractor doing mini treatments for staff at Liz Earle. I started teaching baby massage and baby yoga over 5 years ago now. Through doing this work I've supported many Parents and listened to so many stories about Pregnancy, birth and beyond and wanted to do my bit to help. So In September last year I started my training to become a doula. Since then I have completely been obsessed with all things around pregnancy, birthing the 4th Trimester! Hello! I'm Cat! I'm a Postnatal Doula based in Guildford, Surrey and trained with BPIAB to become a Hypnobirthing Facilitator in 2024 so that I could support families antenatally to have a more positive birth experience. I'm a mother of 2 and enjoy running, yoga, swimming, cycling, paddleboarding and most of all, spending time with my family and friends enjoying life. I undertook a hypnobirthing course myself many years ago during my first pregnancy as I was absolutely terrified of the whole idea of giving birth. Which seems so funny now to think back to feeling like that given what I do for a living now! So I truly understand the benefits it can have to your pregnancy, birth and postnatally (and to the rest of your life!) as it totally transformed my mindset and birth experience. I now incorporate elements of hypnobirthing (mindfulness, visualisation, affirmations, meditation etc) into my every day life as they are such effective and powerful tools for my mind and body to live a calmer more positive life. < Back Cat Cliff Doula A little bit about me... What do I offer? I offer BPIAB 1-2-1 courses live online so that you can enjoy learning from the comfort of your own home at a time that suits you. I usually offer the course over 7 weekly sessions, however, if you are nearing the end of your pregnancy and require longer sessions or dates closer together, then we can arrange this easily. If you have previously done a hypnobirthing course but are looking for a refresher then this full course can be adapted to suit you. Equally if you're after something different then just get in touch to find out how I can support you with a bespoke package to suite your needs. The joy of BPIAB is the versatility it offers to families as it can easily be tailored to whatever your situation and needs may be.
