- About Birth Prep In A Box | Trusted Antenatal Education Tools
Discover Birth Prep In A Box, a collaborative antenatal education toolkit designed for parents and facilitators. Created to offer practical, visual, and evidence-based support for confident and personalised birth preparation. Providing families and birth educators with a unique, collaborative toolkit to support confident and personalised birth preparation. About Us At Birth Prep In A Box, we believe that preparing for birth is a journey that deserves thoughtful, evidence-based, and practical support. What started as a simple idea for Sarah Drawwater, The Nostalgic Doula, has grown into a trusted resource used by parents, birth workers, and facilitators who are passionate about making antenatal education accessible, engaging, and personal. Our Story Birth Prep In A Box was created with care and intention by Sarah Drawwater, a doula and antenatal educator who saw the need for a resource that could support families to empower themselves to make informed choices about their birth experiences. At the heart of Birth Prep In A Box is the idea that every birth is unique, and every family deserves tools that help them discover what matters most to them. Our resources: Equip facilitators and educators to deliver antenatal education with confidence. Support parents and birth partners in preparing for birth on their own terms. Encourage reflection, exploration, and personalisation of the birth preparation process.
