On this course we will cover the essential topics from our antenatal and Hypnobirthing course to help you and your birth partner prepare for birth (bring your birth partner along if you possibly can, or let them catch up on the recording after). It will also help you learn more about what it is that you don't already know and how to do the research in a safe way. Suityable for first time parents, subsequent time parents, newbies to Hypnobirthing and those who just need refresher too. This mini course is also suitable for Midwives and Birth Workers who would like to find out more about Hypnobirthing or the Birth Prep In A Box toolkit. IMPORTANT- PRICING: Choose the appropriate price for you based on this siding scale: Level 1: - I struggle to meet my basic needs - I live with family/rent lower end flat/property or have unstable housing - I qualify for government assistance - I have no access to savings and I have no or limited expendable income - I cannot afford a holiday or take time off without a financial burden Level 2: - I may stress about meeting my basic needs, but I still regularly achieve them - I rent a mid-level flat/property and have stable housing - I am employed/self-employed - I might have access to financial savings & I have some expendable income - I take a holiday annually or every few years without financial burden Level 3: - I am comfortably able to meet all my basic needs - I own my own home/have a mortgaged property or might rent a higher end property - I am employed/self employed or do not need to work to meet my needs - I have access to savings and I have expendable income - I can afford an annual holiday or take time off work
