What started as a simple idea for Sarah Drawwater, The Nostalgic Doula, has grown into a trusted resource used by parents, birth workers, and facilitators who are passionate about making antenatal education accessible, engaging, and personal. Our Story Birth Prep In A Box was created with care and intention by Sarah Drawwater, a doula and antenatal educator who saw the need for a resource that could support families to empower themselves to make informed choices about their birth experiences. While Sarah’s vision laid the foundation, today, Birth Prep In A Box is about so much more than one person. It has evolved into a collective effort—supported, used, and shared by facilitators, birth educators, and doulas across the UK and beyond. I live in a little Fenland Cambridgeshire town with my family and our little grumpy dog.
